Well the horse in the picture is "White Billy". This picture is a shot from the Wembley stadium which hosted the 1st FA cup final in 1923. The no. of people who turned up for the game far exceeded the capacity of the stadium, and the crowd spilled onto the ground. Then the police constable on the white horse "Billy" pushed the spectators slowly back to the sides of the field allowing for the game to be played.
