Strange...Only jj and Service were able to crack it. This is Billy Crudup, the actor who plays Dr. Manhattan in Watchmen. During filming, Crudup acted opposite his co-stars, wearing this suit covered with blue LED, so he would give off an otherworldly glow in real life.

An Invisibility suit?
The guy who played Doctor Manhattan in the Watchmen movie. This was the suit he wore when they needed to replace only his face in the scenes.
