Answer (highlight to read) :
All were awarded honourary citizenship of the United States. The missing ones are Winston Churchill and Kazimierz Pulaski, who was awarded the honour in 2009.

The missing one is Winston Churchill, though googling and wikipedia say that a seventh exists some Kazimierz Pulaski given the honor in 2009
