NightHawks, by Edward Hopper
Pic 1 is Roger Brown's Puerto Rican Wedding (1969). The cafe in the lower left corner is clearly an imitation of nighthawks
Pic 2 is the cover of the album American idiot by Greenday, featuring the song Boulevard of Broken Dreams. The best known visual quotation of Nighthawks is Gottfried Helnwein's painting Boulevard of Broken Dreams (1987), widely sold as a poster, which replaces the three diner patrons with American pop culture icons Humphrey Bogart, Marilyn Monroe, and James Dean, and the attendant with Elvis Presley.
Cracked only by Vishal... Strange, like he mentioned, I thought it was a pretty easy one.

Easy one...Edward Hopper's Nighthawks
1) 'Puerto Rican Wedding' by Roger Brown - references Nighthawks with the cafe on the lower left of the painting
2) Green Day album 'American Idiot' - has the song 'Boulevard of Broken Dreams' - famous parody of Nighthawks by Gottfried Helnwein with Humphrey Bogart, Marilyn Monroe, James Dean as the customers and Elvis Presley as the attendant.
3) Altadis USA is a cigar manufacturer who makes Phillies cigars - immortalized on top of the cafe in the painting
