Second question: The second picture is of Buckethead, who made an album titled 'The Dragons of Eden', named after the book by Carl Sagan, pictured in the first one...

152 : The guy is buckethead, this deviant musician who has played with several famous bands including GnR and all. His latest work is the Dragons of Eden named after Carl Sagan's book and with many of the tracks named after the chapters. Arbit maxx.
