Raja Bahudur - He was the bus driver on the route in which Rajini was a conductor.
maybe he was the bus driver of the bus in which Rajinikanth aka Shivaji Gaekwad was conductor. the post title is a dead giveaway.
The person in the pic is Raja Bahadur, close friend of Rajnikanth. Bhadur was the driver of the routes 10 and 10 A in the days when Rajnikanth worked as a bus conductor. He supported and encouraged Rajnikanth to become an actor.
